The Spreading of Spiritual Energy

Have you ever wondered, at times, why you feel so tired despite everything going on around you? Whether that be in your home, at work, or even within your personal relationships? Sometimes, you might not even realize that these feelings are creeping in, and you could find yourself thinking it’s simply because you’re exhausted or even gaslighting yourself into believing you did something wrong. But what if I were to tell you that, while that might be true in some cases, it’s also possible that it isn’t the whole story at all?

Let me tell you a story about myself from personal experience, one that took me a significant amount of time to truly grasp the real meaning behind the spreading of SPIRITUAL ENERGY. While we all understand scientifically that energy serves as a vital source of fuel, enabling everything around us to function, its deeper aspects often go unnoticed. Energy is commonly understood as the force that powers our bodies through nutrients and drives the technologies we rely on every day. In our modern society, this practical perspective is what we have been predominantly taught and come to accept as the complete truth.

However, what if I were to tell you that these teachings alone are not entirely sufficient? In truth, no one has genuinely taught us about spiritual energy in a comprehensive way. Before we go any further, it’s important to first explore and understand what this concept truly means. Spiritual energy can be described as a vital life force, fundamentally different from physical energy, that invigorates and connects all living beings, and is widely believed to sustain consciousness, purpose, and the very essence of existence.

Various traditions refer to this invisible force in different ways: Prana in Hinduism, Chi or Ki in East Asian cultures, and the Holy Spirit in Christianity all represent this profound energy. This force is nurtured through dedicated spiritual practices, sincere faith, and conscious intention, and it plays a crucial role in influencing not only our physical health but also our mental clarity and spiritual well-being.

I have been teaching this in many different formations through the personal healing and coaching program. For those of you who have had sessions with me, you know that I consistently integrate these practices into my daily life. Additionally, I actively support and guide others in practicing these effective healing modalities as part of their own journey toward well-being.

Why is it important to understand spiritual energy? Well, recently, I have been tested in many different aspects of my life within a very short period of time, even though I have been teaching these spiritual modalities to others for quite a while. These tests came through various relationships with friends, family members, romantic partners, work environments, and other areas of my life. What I have come to realize is that I was constantly feeling exhausted from every angle of my life, and this deep fatigue significantly affected my mental clarity, physical health, and overall spiritual well-being. Understanding spiritual energy has become essential for me to navigate and heal these challenges more effectively.

Let’s take a closer look at some of the instances, particularly my friendships over the past few months. There were various occasions when I opened energetic doors for people, believing they were genuinely good for me. However, I began to notice that when certain energies in my life became attached and started draining me, it created a ripple effect that impacted others around me as well. It was during this time that I started to question whether the draining energy was coming from me, the other person, or perhaps from both parties.

This is a double-edged sword regardless of the situation, as spiritual energy is an incredibly powerful source that could originate from either or both parties involved. The challenge lies in discerning whether the energy belongs to you or has been influenced by someone else. The key is to carefully observe the energy around you, paying close attention to your own feelings and actions.

For instance, if you are not actively practicing awareness and gaining a deeper understanding of your own consciousness, including recognizing trigger points and unresolved trauma, you may unknowingly be projecting your own behaviors and emotions onto others behaviors that in reality belong only to you and not to the other person.

How do you protect your energy and stop spreading your negative feelings to others?

  • Limit exposure:

Limit time with negative people or draining situations.

  • Practice self-care:

Recharge with meditation, nature, and exercises like yoga or tai chi.

  • Declutter your spaces:

Declutter and organize your space and mind.

  • Cultivate gratitude:

Focus on the positive by regularly practicing gratitude for life’s good things.

  • Tune into your body and mind:

Notice your feelings; recognize what drains your energy and triggers you.

Stopping the Spread of Negative Feelings

  • Practice self-awareness:

Before talking to others, notice how you feel and how much energy you have.

  • Use visualization:

Imagine a protective "energy bubble" gently forming all around you, creating a safe and calming shield that surrounds your entire being.

  • Stay grounded:

Stay connected to your body and true self to stay calm and avoid being affected by others' bad moods.

  • Find your peaceful place:

Create a quiet place, in your mind or nearby, where you can feel calm and happy even when things are bad.

  • Communicate kindly:

When setting boundaries or choosing to disengage, it is important to do so kindly yet firmly, maintaining respect while clearly communicating your limits.

  • Focus on solutions:

When talking with negative people, try to focus on actively finding practical solutions and positive outcomes instead of simply engaging in complaints or dwelling on problems.
