• American Counseling Association: Code of Ethics - Currently, our agency does not provide counseling or mental health treatments. However, we adhere to the same rules as the American Counseling Association, which align with the Spiritual Care Association. At Intertwine Healing & Therapy, we prioritize our clients' healing and maintain a professional approach within our scope of practice and code of ethics. If you notice your healer not following these guidelines, feel free to remind them of the relevant laws regarding your care. • Certified Life Coach: Code of Conduct - Intertwine Healing & Therapy follows the CLC code of conduct, similar to the ACA Code of Ethics. We maintain a professional relationship with our clients and are mandatory reporters. We do not accept clients that could create a conflict of interest and avoid personal relationships that could distract from their healing. Personal relationships may be considered after a client completes our programs, but this is decided individually. Please review the CLC Code of Conduct for more information.

• Privacy Policy - By using our site, you agree to our privacy policy. We securely store information gathered from our website and follow HIPAA rules, only sharing information related to treatment or in cases of harm. Intertwine Healing & Therapy prioritizes client confidentiality and will not disclose information unless someone is in danger of hurting themselves or others.

• Terms of Service - Intertwine Healing & Therapy can refuse service to anyone who does not follow the signed contract or informed consent. An Associate Marriage Family Therapist (AMFT) cannot diagnose mental illnesses until they become a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT). Currently, Intertwine Healing & Therapy provides life coaching and healing services listed on the website. The Healing Shop does not offer refunds for bracelet purchases with damage after 5-7 business days. If items are damaged upon purchase, they can be refunded or exchanged. No refunds are available after a healing session, including Reiki, Life Coaching, and Energy Readings.

• Law and Ethics of California - Intertwine Healing & Therapy values every person regardless of gender, race, culture, age, religion, sexuality, or any discrimination. If anyone disrespects our spiritual and holistic space, they will be denied service without a refund. We do not accept sexual advances or harassment. Such behavior will result in refusal of service or removal from the premises.

• Limitation of Liability - If you need a physical or mental diagnosis, please consult a licensed doctor or mental health professional. We strive to meet everyone's needs, but we cannot guarantee full recovery. Intertwine Healing & Therapy reserves the right to refuse service and is not responsible for any issues that arise while visiting our office or using our website. We are also required to report any abuse disclosed during sessions to law enforcement or social services. We will discuss our service limitations during the first meeting. If you cannot follow these guidelines, we may cease services, and you have the option to leave the session.

• Copyright Infringement -Photos on the site were taken and bought from Squarespace and Intertwine Healing & Therapy. Anyone attempting to use photos, logos, or other site details will be charged for damages and attorney fees.

• Modification & Termination - Intertwine Healing & Therapy can change or close the website without warning. By using the website, you always agree to the terms of service, even if they change.

• Defamation Law & Ethics - At Intertwine Healing & Therapy, we take defamation seriously. We expect everyone to treat our business and customers with respect. If any employee or owner is falsely accused, damaging their reputation and the business, they will seek legal action for defamation. Customers or outsiders who harm our business may be refused services and asked to leave.
